Service Refund Policy

Sourcing Services

STARTER PACKAGE ($249)

  • REFUNDABLE: 100% if we don't provide 3 factory options within 10 days
  • REFUNDABLE: 50% if you cancel within 3 days of booking
  • NON-REFUNDABLE: After factory contacts are shared
  • NON-REFUNDABLE: After sampling begins / Consultation fees

PROFESSIONAL PACKAGE ($899)

  • REFUNDABLE: 100% if we don't deliver agreed services within timeline
  • REFUNDABLE: 50% if unsatisfied with factory options (before sampling)
  • NON-REFUNDABLE: After sampling begins (costs paid to factory)
  • NON-REFUNDABLE: Factory visit costs / After production starts

ENTERPRISE PACKAGE ($2,299)

  • REFUNDABLE: 100% if we don't meet agreed KPIs
  • REFUNDABLE: Partial refund based on services completed
  • NON-REFUNDABLE: Factory audit costs / Market research (if delivered)
  • NON-REFUNDABLE: Third-party services

Modeling Services

  • REFUNDABLE: 50% if canceled 48+ hours before shoot
  • REFUNDABLE: 100% if WE cancel or reschedule
  • REFUNDABLE: Re-shoot at no cost if results don't meet brief (our fault)
  • NON-REFUNDABLE: Cancellation < 48 hours
  • NON-REFUNDABLE: After shoot completed / After images delivered

Non-Refundable Costs (All Services)

  • Sampling fees (paid to factory)
  • Shipping costs (paid to courier)
  • Travel expenses (factory visits, shoots)
  • Third-party services (lab testing, certifications)
  • Processing fees (payment gateway charges)

Refund Process

  1. Email request: contact@niafrik.com
  2. Include: Order number, reason, supporting documents
  3. Review: 3-5 business days
  4. Decision communicated via email
  5. Approved refunds processed within 7-10 days to original payment method
